Booking with us.
A booking can be done a maximum of 1 Year before the trip commencement date. In the same way, a booking can be done minimum of 1 day before the trip commencement time (subject to availability of resources for which booking is required). With all the reservations are completed, we will email you confirmation of the services booked including confirmed itinerary, final schedule, necessary travel documents, pick up details and our 24/7 contact information. The remaining balance will not be billed until the date indicated in the booking form.
An initial deposit needs to be paid by the customer for his booking. The deposit amount is calculated based on the services hired by customer before trip. Services like flight tickets, train tickets, Visa fees will require 100% advance payment and hotel booking may need 50% to 100% payment depend on policy of hotel booked.
We are not responsible for any visa rejection as its not in our hand.
The travel bookings done by Holiday Planner are subject to the applicable requirements of Visa which are to be obtained by the individual traveller. Holiday Planner is not responsible for any issues, including inability to travel, arising out of such Visa requirements and is also not liable to refund for the untraveled bookings due to any such reason.
Advance payment can be made Through Credit Card, Bank/Wire Transfer or PayPal, and respective Transaction will be charged extra over booking amount.
Before departure of the trip, the full and final payment has to be done, India Tour by Cabs reserves the right to ask you to pay remaining depend on your preferred payment method.
If due to unexpected circumstances your tour date needs to be changed, HP Expert Team will contact you to arrange a new date and we will try our best to amend modifications in same booking else existing booking will be cancelled and a new booking will be created, Note: cancellation policy will be applied.
